RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate qualified leads through direct residential outreach (door-to-door) in assigned neighborhoods.

- Deliver persuasive in-home presentations that educate and excite homeowners about solar, roofing, and windows & doors.

- Guide customers from initial interest to signed agreement, keeping communication clear and simple.

- Overcome objections by communicating real value and tailored home-improvement solutions.

- Represent one of the fastest-growing integrated energy & exterior solutions teams in the state with professionalism, confidence, and grit.

- Maintain organized notes and next steps in the CRM; follow a simple text/phone follow-up cadence.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Able to work outdoors on your feet for extended hours.

- Reliable transportation and reliable cell phone service.

- Willing to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends for maximum homeowner contact.
