Job Overview

EXPERIENCED!!!! Heavy Equipment Operator with experience running Dozers, Grading Tractors, excavators, Compactors. A added plus would be experience with reading plans and grade stakes. Must have positive attitude, ability to work with others and be punctual.

Work is generally from Grass Valley to Roseville and El Dorado hills area. Year round work and 401k retirement plan and health insurance after probation period. Pay based on skills and experience. We are a non union , Family owned business with a outstanding reputation, and a great work environment.

Responsibilities

•

Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, water trucks, tankers, and bulldozers on construction sites.

•

Perform digging and excavation tasks as required by project specifications.

•

Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

•

Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure project timelines are met.

•

Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is stored properly after use.

Skills

•

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on commercial driving.

•

Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

•

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.

•

Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.

•

Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery throughout the workday.
