We are looking for employees who have experience in Earthwork, Sewer, Storm, and Water mainline utilities.

This position is for individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, and take pride in their work.

Team Nelson is looking for operators who can operate multiple types of construction equipment and have knowledge ranging from earthwork operations, and/or underground utility installation.

Qualified Applicants should:

· Be team-oriented and willing to help with all tasks.

· Have 3 years minimum experience as an equipment operator.

· Know how to be productive using different types of heavy equipment.

· Understand grades, elevations and compaction requirements.

· Be experienced with pipe crews or earthwork operations.

· Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

· Be able to work at multiple sites within the Greater Seattle Area.
