Heating and Cooling Equipment Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled heating and cooling installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of heating and cooling equipment systems, and water heaters, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform installations of heating and cooling equipment and water heaters according to specifications and company standards.

- Utilize tools and equipment to ensure proper installation and functionality.

- Conduct inspections of installed products to verify quality and adherence to safety regulations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during the process.

- Maintain accurate records of installations, including any modifications or repairs made.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and timelines.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years' experience as a heating and cooling installation role is required.

- Strong knowledge of propane, natural gas and air conditioning systems is required.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- Valid driver license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
