- Annual Salary: $120,000+

As our HVAC Service Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of technicians to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure that jobs are done right the first time, on time, and safely — while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service technicians.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer service calls.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with complex diagnostics and service solutions when needed.
- Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Support recruiting, training, and ongoing development of technicians.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve company growth goals.
- Represent Armstrong Comfort Solutions professionally with both customers and partners.
