“We need HVAC technicians and apprentices who are GREAT at what they do”! We have a great team and work environment and are adding to our service and installation departments. One of Connecticut’s largest Mitsubishi Ductless Dealers and Family Owned Energy Companies, is growing and needing more technicians and installers.

Daniels Energy is looking to hire experienced HVAC techs and apprentices to join our family. These are Full Time positions for the right candidates. A B-2, S-10, S-2 or better license is required or an advanced apprentice candidate close to licensing. Candidates should be able to work independently and must have good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Requirements:

· Professional, clean cut, and drug-free

· Pre-employment drug screening and background check required

· Completed HVAC certification or Tech School

· EPA Certification

· CT B-2, S-10, S-2 license and service experience with oil & propane systems

· Experience in service job quoting a plus – will train if necessary.

· Proficient in working with smart phones/tablets

· Valid Driver’s License and good driving record a must.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency

- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation

Proficient in using hand and power tools for installation and repair work

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues

- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,932.00 - $72,042.00 per year
