This role will be within our

Water and wastewater capital project delivery team.

Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

You'll support the planning and delivery of divisional wellbeing programmes and campaigns (e.g., mental health awareness, fatigue management, physical health, financial wellbeing) along with the support and coordination of Occupational Health Screening.

You'll maintain and monitor wellbeing data systems and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting along with maintaining health and wellbeing intranet pages, communications, and digital resources.

We'll need you to develop communication materials, newsletters, posters, and digital content to promote wellbeing initiatives and collect and analyse wellbeing data (absence, health risks, engagement surveys, occupational health reports).

You'll produce monthly and quarterly wellbeing reports for the Health and Wellbeing Manager and SHE Director.

You'll track actions from wellbeing programmes and measure impact.

What You’ll Bring

- Do you have the ability to problem-solve and implement solutions to mitigate risk?

- Are you comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information?

- Are you a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing, with strong empathy and credibility?

- Do you have experience in a coordinator, admin, or support role (HR, health and safety, or wellbeing-related)?

- Do you have a good understanding of workplace wellbeing, mental health, and occupational health principles?

- Do you hold NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing (or equivalent)?

- Are you Mental Health First Aid trained? Or do you have the willingness to train?
