Key Responsibilities::
•Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on growing market share in the energy sector (renewables, grid solutions, energy management services, etc.).
•Lead and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across multiple markets (e.g., B2B, B2G, industrial clients).
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, government agencies, EPC contractors, and large commercial clients.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the energy space.
•Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to shape customer proposals and ensure alignment with project feasibility and delivery timelines.
•Oversee bid management, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value energy projects.
•Monitor energy market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to refine sales approach.
•Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize pipeline management and forecasting.
•Represent the company at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and trade shows.
Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field (MBA or technical degree preferred).
•Minimum 7–10 years of sales leadership experience in the energy sector — ideally in renewables, energy efficiency, grid infrastructure, or energy-as-a-service models.
•Deep understanding of the energy market landscape, government incentives, and regulatory frameworks.
•Proven experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments (e.g., public tenders, RFPs, PPA contracts).
•Experience working with SalesForce
•Strong leadership and team development skills.
•Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
•Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
