Job Description

Bailey Landscape is looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living spaces and are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

•

Install paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor features

•

Operate machinery such as skid steers and mini-excavators

•

Read and interpret site plans and elevations

•

Set grades and ensure proper drainage

•

Work with a variety of materials including pavers, natural stone, and block

•

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Requirements

•

2+ years of experience in hardscaping, masonry, or landscape construction

•

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•

Knowledge of industry tools and equipment

•

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

•

Ability to work independently and with a team

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
