Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, located in Houma, LA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction site management, ensure adherence to safety protocols, organize project activities, manage budgets and resources, and oversee project timelines. The Construction Superintendent will also coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project completion meets quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Skills in Construction Site Management and Organization Skills

- Knowledge and application of Construction Safety protocols

- Experience in Budgeting and Project Management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in the energy sector is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
