Position Mission

Drive the strategy behind where we go next. You'll map new markets, shape rollout plans, and help turn breakthrough hardware into a global solution.

Key Responsibilities

•

Identify and prioritize market opportunities across commercial, humanitarian, and defense channels

•

Develop go-to-market strategies and rollout plans for new regions and customer segments

•

Analyze the performance and financial impact of growth experiments to inform prioritization

•

Build and execute end-to-end launch strategies, from positioning and messaging to demand generation

•

Own the customer journey from awareness to activation—identifying drop-off points and leading improvements

•

Synthesize insights from user feedback, analytics, and industry trends to shape growth tactics

•

Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Ops to align product and market strategies

•

Monitor competitor activity and broader industry shifts to refine market entry approaches

Basic Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree

•

1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations

•

Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel

Preferred Skills & Experience

•

3+ years in growth-focused roles, ideally at an early or growth-stage startup

•

Proven experience crafting and executing go-to-market strategies

•

Familiarity with financial modeling, SQL, or Python is a plus

•

Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills

•

Background in water tech, hardware, climate, or infrastructure-related fields is helpful but not required
