Job Summary:
The Growth Leader is responsible for driving strategic growth within our landscape company, including maintenance, design-build, and irrigation. This high-impact role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and leading business development efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the landscaping industry and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Growth Planning
•Work with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company goals.
•Identify new market opportunities, trends, and partnerships.
•Set and achieve sales targets for new and existing business.
•Coach and mentor the sales team, helping them improve performance.
•Client Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
•Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and service reviews.
•Work closely with operations, estimating and maintenance, design and irrigation teams to ensure seamless communication.
•Track performance metrics and provide regular growth updates to executive leadership.
•Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to refine strategies.
•Participate in planning and Sales efforts for Snow growth.
•Perform administrative tasks or site operations assistance.
Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth strategy in the landscaping or related service industry.
•Proven track record of driving revenue and expanding market presence.
•Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
•Knowledge of landscaping services and estimating processes.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
