Job Overview

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling? We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to become our primary design partner over an initial two-month period. The goal is to identify someone who deeply understands our brand, communicates clearly, and can consistently produce exceptional work. If the partnership is successful, this role can continue long-term and may evolve into a full-time position as we grow.

What You'll Work On

Your initial focus will be developing and refining PowerPoint presentations used for investor pitches, sales, and stakeholder communication.

Additional work may include:

- Designing icons, graphics, and visual assets that align with our brand

- Creating or refining marketing collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, diagrams, etc.)

- Translating direction and narrative into clean, compelling visual storytelling

- Ensuring consistency across materials and maintaining our evolving brand identity.

We will provide detailed guidance on content and messaging—you bring the visual expertise to transform ideas into high-quality assets.

What We're Looking For

Because quality and communication are critical, we are looking for someone who can act as more than just a task-based designer. Our ideal candidate is:

- Skilled in presentation design

- Experienced in developing brand storytelling and marketing visuals

- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong design aesthetic

- Able to work U.S.-aligned hours and maintain timely, responsive communication

- Fluent in English (clear communication is essential)

- Comfortable receiving and incorporating precise feedback

- Proactive in offering suggestions to strengthen the clarity and impact of the material

- Reliable, consistent, and excited to build a long-term working relationship

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent presentation skills to communicate concepts clearly to clients or team members.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Why this Role Exists

We’ve worked with multiple designers and agencies, but haven’t yet found the right match in terms of design quality, style, and communication. We’re hoping to find someone who can become our go-to partner—someone who understands our brand deeply enough that collaboration becomes efficient, intuitive, and high-quality.

Contract Details

- Initial term: 2 months

- Hours/Scope: Variable based on project load (we will scope work together in advance)

- Type: 1099 contractor

- Option to extend: Yes—opportunity for ongoing work

- Option to convert: Strong potential for a full-time, W-2 employee role with benefits if it’s an excellent fit

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
