Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Fixed Maintenance Supervisor at our Goldstrike operations. The Fixed Maintenance Supervisor will supervise, coach and lead fixed maintenance teams to ensure the production and development targets and schedules are met.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Underground Fixed Maintenance General Supervisor, the Underground Fixed Maintenance Supervisor , is responsible for the following:

•

Supervise, coach and lead fixed maintenance teams to ensure the production and development targets and schedules are met to ensure profitability and business development in accordance with the annual budget and strategic business plan

•

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in maintenance of stationary equipment and/or dewatering equipment with emphasis on vertical shafts in a planned work environment required

•

Five (5) to seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred

•

Underground shaft experience required

•

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others required

•

Proven safe work record required

•

Ability to work effectively within a team environment required

•

Strong communication skills—oral and written required

The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.*
