Position Summary
The GIS System Support Analyst 2 is responsible for integrating, maintaining, and supporting CoServ’s ArcGIS Enterprise Platform. This position is responsible for application configuration and support, data development, data quality, spatial analysis, and map production. The GIS System Support Analyst 2 works closely with the GIS team to deliver excellent spatial solutions to the organization.
Primary Position Responsibilities
•Integrate, configure and maintain ESRI’s ArcGIS Enterprise Platform software.
•Coordinate with software vendors and business users to identify, correct, and test issues with enterprise GIS software.
•Assist with development, testing, documentation and implementation of ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise Platform architecture, software, or workflows.
•Analyze production data using GIS technology and produce maps and/or reports in order to support CoServ’s business users.
•Design and implement processes related to GIS within the enterprise.
•Analyze the quality of existing GIS system data and processes.
•Lead the implementation of GIS related projects within the organization.
•Complete spatial or data analysis, and reporting for business needs and requests.
•Maintain effective working relationships with the departments and individuals supported.
•Document work performed using enterprise ticketing system.
•Work with departmental experts to support a variety of GIS Integrations.
•Train users on GIS software and technology.
•Create presentations for various audiences including business users, leadership, and software user conferences.
•Complies with established CoServ safety and operating rules, procedures and guidelines including reporting unsafe practices to a supervisor.
•Complies with established CoServ Information Security Handbook, policies, procedures, and guidelines including reporting suspected information security incidents to Tech Support.
Secondary Position Responsibilities
•Participates in a rotating 24/7 after-hours on-call duty.
•Performs other duties and activities as directed.

Position Requirements
Education, Experience, and Certifications Required
•High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalency.
•BS or BA in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related degree.
•Verifiable history of progressive GIS experience and responsibility may be substituted for degree.
•3+ years of experience with ESRI software.
•2+ years of progressive GIS Analyst experience.
•2+ years of experience with Enterprise ArcSDE Geodatabases utilizing Oracle or SQL Server databases.
•1+ years' experience using map applications with ESRI’s ArcServer, ArcGIS Portal, DataStore and/or ArcGIS Online.
•1+ years of SQL, ESRI ArcObjects, Python Scripting, Visual Basic or other GIS development code.
Education, Experience, and Certifications Preferred
•Experience using ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro.
•Experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM software for utilities.
•Experience with Electric or Gas GIS data and/or network concepts.
•Experience analyzing and influencing Business Processes and workflow concepts.
•Technical writing/user documentation preparation experience.

Skills and Abilities Preferred
•Understanding of Information Technology/Systems (IT/IS) practical architecture and best practices.
•Ability to navigate and configure aspects of Windows Server and/or Linux Server operating systems (OS).

•Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

•Works extended hours as needed or directed.
