Geological Intern

Intern Work Description:

The mine/geo engineering intern will work with the engineering team to expand their

knowledge and experience in mining, blast design, geology, and technology in the

mining industry.

Daily Routine:

- Participate and be actively involved in Magris Talc safety programs

- Assist in in-field surveying duties

- Utilize a ring and puck to grind historic core samples while developing a procedure for

the process

- Mine-Wide technology assessment and tracking

- Evaluate and enter processing and mining data

- Assist in geological pit mapping
