Overview:

We’re launching a new electrical contracting company—and we’re looking for the right leader to build it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to lead a start-up backed by the resources, experience, and reputation of an established construction partner: Marolf Environmental.

You’ll be the first hire. The person who sets the tone, builds the team, drives sales, and ensures field execution. We’re looking for a leader who’s excited to create structure, build culture, and scale a business quickly with real support behind them.
