What You Will Be Doing:

We are hiring a Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead the development of high-voltage circuit designs and hardware systems for Helion's fusion devices. You will set the standard for how fast Helion designs and builds; ultimately delivering clean, low-cost, reliable electricity to the world. Your main responsibility will be to build a world-class engineering team by providing mentorship, modeling technical best practices, and continually raising the bar for engineering performance; you will also solve complex engineering problems that directly impact machine performance and shape a high-performing team that drives Helion's innovation forward. This position requires an onsite presence and you will report directly to our Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering at our Everett, WA office.
