About the job:

Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – no visa sponsorship or relocation support) Compensation: $135–150K + benefits

We’re looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer who thrives in hands-on coding, mentoring teammates, and building scalable applications. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and maintain applications, APIs, and databases

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers

- Collaborate with product, UX, and stakeholders to shape requirements

- Oversee deployments and provide post-launch support

- Drive best practices through code reviews and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a start-up environment

- Strong skills in ASP.NET Core (Recent versions) and React (or similar)

- Solid background in relational database design/optimization

- Bachelor’s degree in CS (or equivalent experience)

- Local to Columbus, OH (hybrid schedule)
