Front-end Development Lead

Ambyint is a SaaS company that provides an Industrial IoT platform, leveraging physics-influenced AI models, plus closed-loop control to enable autonomous operations. We deliver step-change improvements to our customers by combining advanced physics, subject matter expertise, and data-informed insights with AI to automate operations and production optimization workflows. We’re coming off a strong year and are setting even higher ambitions for the future. To help us reach the next level, we’re looking for a Front-end Development Lead to join our team.

As a Front-end Development Lead, you will report to the Senior Software Development Lead and take a leadership role in designing and building scalable, cloud-native solutions for the oil and gas industry. In this position, you will manage a team of developers, mentoring and guiding them in their technical and professional growth. You’ll leverage modern technologies in cloud, AI, and IoT to tackle complex challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

In addition to your technical contributions, you’ll be expected to shape the team culture, drive collaboration, and ensure your team is aligned with broader company goals. You’ll have the opportunity to foster a high-performance engineering environment where team members thrive and contribute to delivering impactful solutions for our customers.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for leadership and coaching who can build a team that delivers both excellence in software and innovation.
