Project Delivery Lead

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Remote- Ready to work PST Hours)

Into a strategic, growth area, and as such has a fast-paced delivery schedule comprised of blue-chip projects. We need seasoned, hard-working delivery leader to expertly guide our development to on-time completions.

As a Delivery Leader you’ll be responsible for delivering value and outcomes. Delivery leaders are expected to have an end-to-end vantage point on delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage stakeholders, manage financials, maximize vendor relationships, and enable an iterative delivery of value. You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools. Delivery leaders should also understand relevant Financial and Agile/Lean/DevOps tools and techniques.

Work details and specific skills required:

Focus is on Enterprise software package configuration and integration. Our lines follow Agile methodology. Planview experience helpful. Strong dependency management and end to end schedule development. Resource forecasting / Line reserves and individual allocations. Work across lines to complete complex business outcomes. Work as a part of a program and project team Issue and Risk Management / Escalation Status reporting and communications. Financial forecasting and actuals management. Experience with insurance systems, salesforce, portals, APIs and web front ends – all helpful. Will deliver multiple work items at a time. Time management is essential. We align our workday to the Pacific Time Zone.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
