Frac Operator

Valid driver's license (CDL not required)

Previous oilfield experience preferred, particularly in frac operations

Operate and maintain frac equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Conduct pre- and post-job inspections and ensure equipment readiness

Assist with rigging up and rigging down frac equipment

Monitor and control pressure levels and flow rates during operations

Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals

Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and regulations

Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
