J O B S U M M A R Y

PERFORMS A VARIETY OF DUTIES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT MANUFACTURING AND/OR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ACTIVITIES. NORMALY PROVIDED WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. RARELY OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY.

D U T I E S

A) Loads and unloads freight in accordance with prescribed techniques and specific instruction.

B) Provides production support by transporting and positioning products and materials.

C) Performs routine operator maintenance checks on material handling equipment.

D) Follows safe operating practices.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

MUST BE CAPABLE OF SAFELY OPERATING FORKLIFT EQUIPMENT UP TO A 36,000 POUND LIFT, OVERHEAD CRANES AND HOISTING EQUIPMENT.
