We are seeking a skilled Forge Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating presses and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•

Operate and monitor hydraulic presses to produce high-quality components.

•

Perform setup and adjustments on machinery to maintain optimal production efficiency.

•

Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.

•

Utilize plasma cutting equipment as needed for fabrication tasks.

•

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

•

Proven experience as a Forge Press Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

•

Familiarity with various machining processes including laser cutting and quality inspection techniques.

•

Experience operating cranes for material handling is advantageous.

•

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

•

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
