Remote Camp-Based Projects – Leadership Role

Wage: $40–$60 per hour (Based on Experience) + Benefits & RRSP Matching

Are you an experienced leader in oilfield fluid management? WSG Energy Services is seeking Fluid Management Supervisors to lead field crews, coordinate operations, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities:

•

Oversee on-site fluid handling operations involving oil, water, and solids

•

Lead crews and ensure full compliance with safety standards

•

Coordinate logistics, equipment, and documentation requirements

•

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

•

Monitor tank levels, flow rates, and pressures to prevent overflows or spills

•

Operate and supervise the use of pumps, hoses, tanks, containment, and solids control equipment

•

Guide the safe transfer and disposal of oilfield fluids and solids

•

Assist with the setup and breakdown of fluid management systems

•

Experience in lube oil flushing and/or flowback well testing considered an asset

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 2 years of experience in oilfield fluid management (3+ years preferred)

•

Proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities

•

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

•

Safety certifications (e.g., CSO, H2S Alive, First Aid)

•

Confident working under pressure in remote and fast-paced environments

•

Ability to manage operations and solve problems on the fly
