We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in the metal fab industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Floor Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards are met, and manage staff training and development. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees while maintaining high standards of metal fab production and service.
- Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Train and develop team members in customer service skills, and safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with metal fab safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Previous experience in the metal fab industry is required, with a focus on hospitality management preferred.
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively, fostering growth within the team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
