Description:
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To assist the branch manager with the operations of branch performance.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Manages 1-5 employees as indicated by the Branch Manager
•Assists in the management of store inventory
•Serves as an intermediary between the manager and store and customer issues
•Makes and receives sales and customer calls as needed
•Coordinates tasks, the pulling of orders, deliveries, and other store tasks
•Ensures that employees are in compliance with company policy, safety standards, and safety practices
Requirements:
EHS REQUIREMENTS:
•Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals
•Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals
•Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s safety training requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•2 years of experience in oil, gas, industrial, or related industry
•1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
•Knowledge of Bell Supply Company product lines
•Ability to communicate with customers on various levels to ensure quality customer service
•Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, Word, and Email
•Intermediate to advanced experience with computer navigation
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
•Ability to bend and stoop as necessary
•Ability to communicate on a variety of levels to accommodate the experience of others
•Ability to travel as necessary for performance of duties
•Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works inside a climate-controlled environment in a Bell Supply Branch. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
