SHIFT/HOURS: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule. 1 st shift/ 7 am- until 7 pm

Salary: 21.44 per hour- with the ability to earn more

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Saw Operator to join our dynamic team at our Carthage, TN location. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production process, ensuring that our aluminum products meet the highest quality standards. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining precision saws and other finishing equipment to cut aluminum materials according to specific measurements and specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with other operators and production staff to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. What You Will Be Responsible For:

•

Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications.

•

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.

•

Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments.

•

Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines.

•

Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols.

•

Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

•

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

•

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

What You Will Need:

High School diploma or GED.

•

Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

•

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

•

Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects.

•

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

Must pass company background check and drug screen.
