JOB TITLE: AZO Operator-Entry Level

REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 1st Shift Position (7 AM- 7 PM) 12 hour a day work schedule 2-days on/2-days off/every other weekend (rotating shift)

STARTING PAY: $22.56 per hour, with the ability to earn more.

We are seeking a skilled Azobrader Operator to join our team in the Finishing Department. As an Azobrader Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the proper finishing of aluminum products through the operation of advanced Azobrader machinery. This position requires a keen eye for detail, as you will be responsible for achieving specific surface finishes that meet both company standards and client specifications. You will engage in various tasks, including loading materials, setting machine parameters, and conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with our strict quality control measures.
