•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Utilize computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and reporting purposes.
•Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing correspondence, and preparing documents as needed.
Skills
•Proven experience with Quickbooks and Payroll
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Proficient in using computer software for administrative functions and bookkeeping tasks.
