What You’ll Do
As a Finance Controller of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the cost process during budget, including activity rate calculation, running RM analysis, hourly rate and etc. Other duties include:
•Review financial results and key financial metrics with Senior Management
•Leads the development of the annual business plan & monthly P&L forecasts
•Support IS Finance Director create automated IS reporting, including KPI slides, and One pager waterfall chart to reflect current month, YTD, and FYXX Fcst.
•Support Capital, and work with capital team to ensure the correct and on time capital spending.
•Supports Commercial team in the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities related to IS plants
•Evaluates capital expenditure requests and validates return on investment for IS related requests
•Provide financial modelling related to plant strategy
•Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management
•CPA or CPA in progress, Master Degree Preferred
•5+ years' experience with Finance Controller activities
•Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization
•Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP financial modules
•Must be able to travel 5% - 10% depending on projects
•Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
