Position Summary

The Field Technician is responsible for the management and integration of gas and power equipment. The Field Technician will have experience with instrument and control platforms such as CAT, ComAP, Rockwell/AB, and/or Deep Sea. This position will work in the field on customer sites or at Alkane facilities.

Additionally, the Field Technician will provide maintenance, upkeep, and repairs on generators in our fleet which includes servicing of natural gas and diesel engines according to company standards, inspections of running equipment, and general upkeep of all company assets.

This position serves the Permian Basin operating in Seminole, Texas.

Responsibilities

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

+ Natural gas and diesel engines. + Gas turbines and/or reciprocating engines. + PSI, Caterpillar, and/or Cummins power generation equipment. + Oil and gas related maintenance. + PLC’s and electrical systems. + Liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing and logistics.
