Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional field service support, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze complex issues in real-time.

Duties

•

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment.

•

Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments and repairs.

•

Work with logic controllers and hydraulics to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

•

Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

•

Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service updates, repairs, and recommendations.

•

Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

•

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs performed and parts used.

•

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery processes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

•

Proven experience in field service roles or similar technical positions is preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.

•

Familiarity with logic controllers, hydraulics, and precision measuring instruments is highly desirable.

•

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

•

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

•

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.18 per hour
