Field Technician

Varo Industries is an energy services company, specializing in measurement in addition to Instrumentation and LGR/GOR well testing services. We are headquartered out of Grande Prairie.

We are looking for great people to join our team and currently have openings for Field Technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct well testing operations to assess oil and gas well performance

· Monitor and record well data, including pressure, temperature, and flow rates

· Maintain and troubleshoot well-testing equipment

· Transporting mobile testing trailers

· Rigging in/out mobile test trailers

· Product sampling

· Data acquisition from test trailers and client’s equipment

· Reporting of production test data as required

Requirements:

· Valid Safety tickets (H2S, First Aid, CSO)

· Clean Class 5 driver’s license. Abstract to be provided.

· Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening required

· Previous experience with well testing and/or oil and gas operations is an asset

· Experience pulling trailers is an asset

· Physically fit with heavy lifting

· Detail orientated with great organization skills

· Problem solver, innovative thinking, and adaptable

· Working outdoors in all weather conditions

· Overnight travel may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.30-$46.00 per hour
