Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Most have experience with water and sewer maintenance .

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

- Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets established standards and specifications.

- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, and others for project tracking and reporting.

- Review contracts and schematics to ensure all project requirements are met.

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

- Provide training and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and quality control measures.

- Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, and other relevant tools.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics, contracts, and technical documents related to construction projects.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

- A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
