Full-Time | Salary Range: $90,792–$115,980

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong leadership in water/wastewater operations and staff management

- Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance, manage department budgets, and oversee operational effectiveness

- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with current technology and data systems relevant to water/wastewater management

- Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment

- Class C Water and Wastewater Licenses (or ability to obtain shortly)

- CDL Class B license or equivalent
