Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Field Supervisor! A Field supervisor is provided general guidance from functional management to provide direction on activities, behaviors, and performance there will be responsibility to motivate team members keep track of budgets and ensure goals of programs are being met. A Field supervisor will be identifying and analyzing problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. This role will also be responsible for monitoring team budgets and allocate resource to ensure proper use of assets, achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets.

Supervise Commercial HVAC field team in performing Advanced A/C Tune ups.

•

Develop training manuals and train staff based upon reviewing quality of work.

•

Provide input and status updates to program staff. Oversee budget.

•

Coordinates training on certifications for employees based upon program guidelines.

•

Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.

•

Understands customer and program requirements

•

Travel throughout a defined territory.

5-8 years relevant industry technical certification/training required.

•

High School Diploma

•

Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman license

Compensation Range:

$72,000 - 80,000/ year

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
