JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the day to day efficient operation of the company’s field staff and Strategic Partners. Supervise and oversee all field personnel and subcontractors ensuring that all personnel are fully equipped and have all material and equipment needed each day to complete their assigned projects. Ensure quality control, and OSHA safety requirements are maintained on each project site. Handle any/all shortages as per SOP and report/communicate daily with OM as to achieve set goals established in monthly and annual plan. Strive for an exceptional client experience.
· Thorough knowledge of roofing, siding, windows and door products and installation; including general construction practices.
· Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use computers and appropriate company software program(s).
· Speak, write and communicate in English. Bilingual would be an asset.

· Supervise the Total Quality of a job to ensure it is done right the first time
· Communicates with the customers before, during and after each project
· Visits every project everyday whenever possible (to be discussed and planned prior with manager for approval)
· Ensures that the installers are aware of any special customer conditions
· Assure that the job sign is in place and that company literature is passed out around the job site (as per company policy)
· Ensures proper material placement at the job site and in the warehouse
· Assist with checking the weather and job specifications to decide if crews should work that day
· Assures the Safety of all field personnel
· Assists with implementing, maintaining, and teaching the safety program
· Oversees any change orders/ AWO’s and communicates with Customer to deliver as promised and agreed
· Assists with the planning, pickup and delivery of shortages, wrong materials etc. (to be discussed and planned prior with manager for approval)
· Responsible for the quality and productivity of the Production side of operations
· Assures that the job site is maintained, cleaned up each day and upon completion
· Responsible to ensure that all projects are totally watertight and protected at the end of each day
· Handles all issues with clients to ensure total client satisfaction (to be discussed and planned prior with manager for approval)
· Prepare materials for upcoming projects daily (Load & Roll)
· Ensures all crews are following and practicing all company policies and safety standards
· Ensures all accident reports are properly completed and submitted.
· Report to manager should an employee need to be reprimanded
· Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform
· Attend company meetings and seminars as required
· Advise supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness, or safety practices of the company
· Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management
· Must be able to carry and put up an extension ladder (32ft)
· Must be able to walk on roofs and uneven surfaces at heights exceeding 10 feet
· Ability to repetitively manipulate computer keyboard and 10 key
· Must be able to carry up to 90lbs
-Must be able to tow and navigate in forward in reverse with many types of equipment and trailers (Required and tested)
