We’re looking for a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and enhance outdoor lighting systems while providing an amazing customer experience. You’ll work mostly solo in the field, managing your own schedule and projects, but always backed by a supportive team. If you’re sharp, reliable, and love hands-on work that makes a visible difference — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•

Diagnose and repair existing outdoor lighting systems

•

Provide routine service visits and annual maintenance

•

Communicate directly with homeowners: explain issues, answer questions, and offer solutions

•

Upsell system upgrades, replacements, and add-ons during service visits

•

Keep service records updated through our CRM (we use ServiceMinder)

•

Drive a company vehicle and manage your own materials and tools

•

Ensure each property is left clean and better than you found it

Who You Are:

•

You take initiative, solve problems fast, and can manage your own day

•

You’re friendly, respectful, and great at talking with customers

•

You pay close attention to detail and deliver quality work

•

You enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty

•

You’re a team player even when working solo

•

Bonus if you have experience in lighting, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, or other home services

Schedule & Compensation:

•

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime shift

•

Compensation: This is a performance-based pay role.

If you're motivated and customer-focused, this role offers unlimited earning potential.

Your earnings are based on upsells, customer satisfaction, review scores, and monthly performance goals.
