What You’ll Do:

•

Calibrate and maintain asphalt testing lab equipment (e.g., gyratory compactors, scales, ovens).

•

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

•

Diagnose and repair equipment issues directly at customer locations.

•

Clearly document calibration, maintenance, and repairs performed.

•

Begin your role by supporting office operations—answering customer calls, learning our services, and establishing client relationships—before transitioning fully into fieldwork.

What You’ll Receive:

Hourly Pay: $18–$24/hour, depending on experience.

•

Commission Incentives: Additional earnings for each completed field service job.

Qualifications:

•

Required: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

Preferred: Associate’s degree or technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields.

Previous experience in calibration, maintenance, or repair work beneficial, but entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

•

Comfortable working independently at customer locations after training.

•

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
