Primary Responsibilities:

Service residential windows, doors, roll-down shutters and Dam Easy Flood Barrier's ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions on-site.

•

Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used during installations.

•

Adhere to company policies regarding safety, quality control, and customer service.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field service or related roles within the home improvement or construction industry.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.

Ability to fabricate components as needed for installations or repairs.
