Field Service Technician

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated, and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll become part of our Field Service Team, providing on-site support, maintenance, and repair services for our proprietary technology and industrial combustion systems. You’ll learn the details of how these systems operate, how to troubleshoot and fine-tune them for peak performance and minimal emissions, and you’ll travel throughout North America supporting customers.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, versatile, and eager to take on new challenges in dynamic industrial environments. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a knowledgeable team, gain expertise in combustion systems, and help push technology forward as we continue to improve efficiency and reduce emissions for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Work with a team to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in the field.

- Work safely and ensure a safe work environment.

- Deliver quality services at customer locations.

- Learn & deploy PSNERGY’s problem solving methodology for combustion systems.

- Test and implement remote Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) monitoring systems

- Work with the team to achieve continuous improvement in service delivery and technology.

- Operate machinery safely while adhering to safety protocols.

- Help diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of service performed.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

- Mechanically oriented and hands-on

- Self-motivated and detail oriented

- Willingness to travel to customer locations and respond to emergency calls

- Good communication skills

- Familiar with technology and comfortable with productivity apps

- Happy to own challenging assignments and responsibility

- High School diploma or equivalent

Nice to Haves:

- Associates degree - Technical track

- Experience in an Industrial or Military environment

- Experience with Technology

- Eagerness to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
