Technician
Denver, CO
Some people push paper. You push motors. If you like solving problems, getting dirty, and keeping plants moving — this job’s for you.
About the Job:
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Tech with solid motor controls experience. If you know your way around VFDs, soft starters, and MCCs — and you like solving problems out in the field instead of sitting behind a desk — this gig is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair motor control systems (VFDs, soft starters, MCCs, panels).
Keep industrial equipment running smooth by fixing issues before they cause downtime.
Travel to customer sites around the region (home base is Denver).
Work directly with customers — explain the fix, keep it simple, and earn their trust.
Document your work so the next job goes even smoother.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years working with motor controls (VFDs, soft starters, MCCs).
Able to read schematics, figure out wiring, and troubleshoot in the field.
Strong electrical/mechanical skills — you can think on your feet.
Comfortable working independently and on the road.
Safety-first mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
Have PLC troubleshooting/programming experience.
Know power quality gear or automation systems.
Have worked with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider controls.
Why Work With Us: Solid pay + benefits.
Training to sharpen your skills (and learn new ones).
Every day’s different — you won’t be bored.
A team that actually has your back.
