Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our roofing sales team. This role focuses on growing the customer base through a combination of door-to-door canvassing and follow-up with high-quality, company-provided leads.
Key Responsibilities:
•Canvass targeted neighborhoods to identify potential roofing projects.
•Educate homeowners on storm restoration and roof replacement options.
•Set appointments for inspections and follow up with leads through phone, text, and in-person visits.
•Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth handoff and close of sale.
•Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
•Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
Compensation:
•Base Salary: $30,000/year
•Commission: 8% of the total job ticket at time of closing
•Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available
Requirements:
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
•Willingness to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•Previous experience in sales or roofing is a plus but not required
