Full Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves working to sell roofing products & services, and to maintain relationships with clients during the repair/installation process.

Responsibilities:

•

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

•

Door knocking and seeking out and engaging with potential clients.

•

Presenting, promoting, and selling roofing products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

•

Communicating with residential and commercial building owners to sell roofing services

•

Making inspections.

•

Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement.

•

Performing cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential clients to meet their specific needs.

•

Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry.

•

Ability to assist homeowners filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events, every storm means potential sales for you!

•

Upsell existing clients on additional products or services that align with their needs.

•

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

•

Requires local travel; a personal vehicle is required.

Requirements:

•

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

•

This position requires off- site availability.

•

Be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

•

English required / Spanish is an asset

•

Previous outside sales experience w/ an emphasis in self-generated leads.

•

Will also receive warm leads

•

Knowledge of roofing, home services, or construction is preferred, but not required.

•

Bilingual language skills are preferred, but not required.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

•

A self-starter with a thirst for exceeding sales targets.

•

Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction

•

A positive attitude and unwavering commitment to our mission and values.

•

Must be able to communicate face to face with customer to get your roof inspections

•

Must be able to get on ladder and roof to perform roof inspections

•

GED or high school diploma

General Information:

•

This is a salary based position + 5% commission OR Commission only 10%

•
