Sagebrush Energy is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee residential solar project execution. You’ll manage the end-to-end flow from permitting through installation, including scheduling, material coordination, and crew deployment.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, including install scheduling and crew assignments.
- Manage permitting timelines and coordinate with AHJs and utilities.
- Support the Site Surveyor, Electrician, and Install Crews by clearing bottlenecks.
- Track job progress and completion status using internal CRM/project tools.
- Ensure timely inspections, final walkthroughs, and punch list closure.
- Communicate with customers, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- 2–4 years of experience in solar, construction, or project management roles.
- Familiarity with residential solar permitting and inspection processes.
- Comfortable managing teams and resolving issues in real time.
- Proficient with project tracking tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets.
