To join our team as a Field Manager. The Field Manager oversees day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial weatherization services as part of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role ensures quality, safety, and compliance across all projects while leading a team of field technicians, subcontractors, and support staff to meet production goals, customer satisfaction, and utility program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Direct, train, and support field staff including energy auditors, technicians, and installers. + Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and job assignments to ensure efficiency and timely completion. + Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.

+ Ensure weatherization measures (insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, HVAC tune-ups, etc.) are installed to program specifications, safety standards, and local codes. + Conduct job-site inspections for quality assurance and control. + Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, office staff, upper management and utility representatives.

+ Resolve on-site customer concerns or conflicts in a professional and service-oriented manner. + Ensure crews deliver excellent customer service and represent the organization positively.

+ Maintain accurate records of field activities, materials used, labor hours, and project notes. + Ensure adherence to all program requirements, OSHA standards, and internal protocols. + Support internal and external audits and inspections.

+ Monitor tool and equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory levels. + Ensure crews are equipped with appropriate materials and PPE for each job.

$90,000.00

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
