Role Description

As a key member of the operations support team, the Field Helper & Warehouse Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and provides general warehouse and field support for the corporation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse Assistant

•

Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse

•

Ensuring the proper disposal of paint and other consumables

•

Sorting and storing incoming warehouse inventory

•

Offloading/onloading/cleaning fleet vehicles.

•

Pick up and drop of fleet to and from employees and service centres

Field Helper

•

Assist the field teams with on site set up of equipment

•

Support the field crews with work activities in various locations

•

Prepare equipment for field crews

•

Assist with traffic control and other on site field activities

Skills and Qualifications:

•

High School Diploma and/or Office and/or warehouse training.

•

Automotive experience (an asset)

•

G Driver’s License

•

Strong communication skills

•

Excellent problem solving and diagnostic ability

•

Self-starting and adaptable
