Field Controls Engineer- Midland / Odessa Texas

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Field Controls Engineer to join our operations team. This individual will support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, and cellular modem systems. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in instrumentation and industrial electrical systems, understands VFDs, and can assist with field commissioning and startup of automation systems. While the role doesn’t require PLC programming from scratch, familiarity with managing and loading PLC logic is essential
