YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FENCE SALES OR GENERAL EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SALES!

ALL LEADS PROVIDED DAILY AS PRE SET APPOINTMENTS! YOU JUST HAVE TO SHOW UP ON TIME.

WE PAY FASTER THAN ANYONE IN THE INDUSTRY AND WE HAVE A GREAT TRAINING PROGRAM! YOU WOULD BE PAID ON A DIRECT DEPOST BASIS WEEKLY.

YOU WILL HAVE A DIRECT SALES MANAGER YOU DEAL WITH DAILY AND TRAINING IS PROVIDED AS WELL.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fence sales, with a focus on territory management and business development. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

•

Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.

•

Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

•

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the territory.

•

Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

•

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Experience

•

Proven experience in direct sales sales is required.

•

Strong understanding of sales processes.

•

Experience in inside sales or business development roles is highly desirable.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required at all.

•

Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

•

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial. We will provide hands on training in this area and all areas our systems operate on daily.
